The Achievement Matters program of the Urban League of Greater Miami hosted 20 students from the Liberty City community for a Robotics Camp on July 14-17 followed by a robotics competition on July 18. The program was funded through the Fisher Island Philanthropic Fund managed by United Way of Miami-Dade County and provided an exceptional opportunity expose Liberty City children to future technologies and create an interest in STEM and future careers within the field.
