On October 30, 2010, the Urban League of Greater Miami will celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the National Urban League, the 67th Anniversary of the Miami affiliate (Urban League of Greater Miami, Inc.), and the 47th Anniversary of T. Willard Fair’s tenure as the Miami chapter’s President/CEO by honoring the women who have shown courage and concern for Miami’s black community.
Ten women will be honored at an Urban League luncheon for the significant roles they’ve played in the progress Black Miamians have made in the past 47 years.
