No More Broken Hearts Domestic Violence Workshop

Year 22! School Board Member Dr. Dorothy Bendross – Mindingall is hosting her 22nd annual No More Broken Hearts Domestic Violence Workshop. As a lifelong educator, Dr. Bendross – Mindingall understands the negative effects that domestic violence has on the educational and emotional development of our children. The purpose of this workshop is to allow different professionals to share their knowledge, expertise, and personal experiences related to the subject of domestic violence that will be very beneficial to those in attendance.

This virtual event will give students and community members the opportunity to learn about domestic violence. After the workshop attendees will be able to identify the different kinds of domestic abuse. Students and community members will also be given important resources in the event that they need to reach out for help.
