Florida ranks #3 in human trafficking, which is a modern from of slavery. It’s become such a pressing issue in this community and particularly among teens that the Urban League of Greater Miami has partner with the State of Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s office and the Miami Dade Police Department Northside Station to host a series of community workshops to help citizens identify and report human trafficking. The workshop is open to the entire community and will be facilitated by law enforcement professionals.
